The Domino's Pizza Show  (Steph is fired!)

It would have been hard not to do well with this formulaic show. The trailer, location, ingredients, everything was pretty much given to both teams. How could you not do well? And they only sold pizza until 3 pm? What, the Donald recognized everyone needed a breather?

The incident between Alex and Chris was blown a bit out of proportion, I thought. Chris has come a long way towards controlling himself. That's to be applauded, although, I can't see rewarding him with a top spot in the Trump organization.

Alex was harshly honest with Stephanie, who really wanted to form some kind of alliance. Alex clearly sees others' strengths and weaknesses, a trait of a good leader.

Angie seems to be losing steam. Stephanie, honey, think creatively. Why not send the pizzas in a cab? Have a groupie take the pizzas. Do whatever you gotta do, but don't LEAVE for goodness sake. Big mistake. Just because someone else makes an error, does not mean the leader takes it upon THEMSELF to fix another's mistake, however well intentioned. Make them fix their own mistake. Make them come up with a creative solution to the dilemma. This would have been a mark of a good leader, had she handled it well.

"I just couldn't believe Stephanie got on the *#@*ing SUBWAY with the pizzas, and went to Brooklyn. Just for that, she deserved to be fired. What in the world was she thinking? Well, I guess she told us in the Board Room. 'I just felt so bad.' Get over it. It's pizza. Win the task, don't people-please.

Alex let his focus wander, and I was disappointed to see that. There's not anything wrong with having fun with your task, but when it begins to interfere with others' focus (Angie and Chris) and begins to grate and things don't get done (telephone rings while he flirts), just a major major turn off there.

Tana continues to impress with her leadership, upbeat-ness and professionalism."
